Air Approvals Administration – Reset User’s Activation Key

If a user’s activation key expires or a user needs to re-register their Air Approvals app on an existing or new device, the user’s activation key needs to be reset from the user details page.

  1. Sign on to the Air Approvals Gateway as an Administrator.
  2. From the ‘Users’ tab, select the ‘Active Users’ link.
  1. In the ‘Users’ page, either locate the user in the list or enter the username into the ‘Username’ and select ‘Search’.
  1. Select the user’s username to access the ‘User Details’ page.
  1. Scroll down to the ‘Registered Mobil Apps’ section.
  2. Select the ‘Reset’ button next to Air Approvals app.

The following message will be displayed.

  1. The user will receive an email reminding them of their activation key. The user can then re-register the app.
