Disable/Enable a User

Air Approvals Administration – Disable & Enable Users

A user’s access to the Air Approvals app can be prevented by disabling the user.

  1. Sign on to the Air Approvals Gateway as an Administrator.
  2. From the ‘Users’ tab, select the ‘Active Users’ link.
  1. On the ‘Users’ page, either locate the user in the list or enter the username into the ‘Username’ and select ‘Search’
  1. Click the user’s username to access the ‘User Details’ page.
  1. On the ‘User Details’ page, click the ‘Disable’ button.
  1. Enter some text to note why the user has been disabled then select OK.
  1. The following message will be displayed.
  1. The user can be enabled by selecting the ‘Enable’ button which has replaced the ‘Disable’ button.
