Air Approvals Administration – Create Mobile User

This article describes the steps required to create a new mobile device user in the Advanced Air Gateway. Once complete, the user will be able to register Air Approvals with a mobile device and login to approve items.

  1. Sign on to the Air Approvals Gateway as an Administrator.
  2. From the ‘Users’ tab, select the ‘Create New User’ button.
  1. Complete the user’s details, select ‘Create User’ button.
  1. When the next page is displayed, register Air Approvals for this user by selecting the ‘Register’ button.

When the next page is displayed, select the Financials environment the user will be connecting to then click ‘Save’.

  1. Enter the Advanced Financials username for the new user (this is the Financials user id the user logs in to Financials with), select the ‘Save DATAFEED Changes’

After saving the datafeed details for this user, the user will be able to register the app on their device and retrieve transactions to approve. The user will receive an email with the registration key required to register the app, as below:

Your activation key for Air Approvals is: QZDZB7LI You have until Wednesday, 29th September 16:12 to use this activation key. You need to choose a memorable pin when you activate the application. You need to contact your administrator if this activation key expires.
