Resetting Your Password in Smart Workflow

Option 1: If You Know Your Current Password (For Customers)

  1. Log in to Smart Workflow using your current username and password.
  2. From the main navigation, go to User Preferences / Settings this will be displayed as a drop-down menu after clicking on your name initials on the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Select Change Password.
  1. Enter your current password.
  2. Enter and confirm your new password (must meet your organization’s security requirements).
  3. Click Save / Update.
  1. Log out and log back in with your new password to confirm the change.

Option 2: Administrator Reset (Customer- Admin Users)

When a user forgets their password or locks their account after several failed attempts to login, an admin user will need to unlock the account and reset the password. This can be done by following the steps described below:

  1. Sign in to Smart Workflow.
  2. Go to Administration Tab and select Administrator.
  3. Search for the user account that requires the password reset. Type the user name on the search box at the top right corner (as per selection in red below)
  4. Click on the edit button (as per selection in red below)
  1. On the editing window the password can be reset by completing both fields New Password and Confirm Password. Save these changes.
