Reviewing Approvals

Reviewing Approvals

Log into Air Approvals using just the PIN set up when you registered. The Approvals page will be displayed with the categories of the approval items waiting to be reviewed.

  1. Tap the category to open the list of approval items.
Note: Approval items awaiting review will be highlighted orange. After review, the details will change to grey unless the item is approved or rejected.
  1. Tap an item to display the details page.
  1. Swipe up to scroll down to view additional details.
  1. Tap the All Lines or an individual line to display more details, such as GL accounts etc.
